The 89th Academy Awards will take place on Sunday, February 26 at the Dolby Theatre in the Hollywood & Highland Centre. Justin Timberlake will be performing his hit original song "Can't Stop the Feeling".

Though Legend does not perform the nominated songs in "La La Land", he does have a supporting role in the film. He could leave as the youngest artist ever to complete the EGOT by winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award. Moana is also up for Best Animated Feature Film.

He wrote the track with Swedish pop production duo Karl Johan Schuster and Max Martin who have also worked with the likes of Taylor Swift, Usher and Katy Perry.

And while Legend is certainly welcome on any stage, we were also hoping to see his La La Land co-stars, Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, singing one of their instantly classic duets at the show! Miranda wrote the music and lyrics for the song. The song was co-written with three-time nominee J. Ralph.

Legend is a previous Oscar victor for his and Common's powerful song "Glory" from Selma, which was a standout musical moment at the 2015 Oscars.
