Kim Jong-Un's Brother 'Killed By Two Female Spies' In Airport

Kim Jong-Un's Brother 'Killed By Two Female Spies' In Airport”

In a scene out of a James Bond film, the toxic spray-wielding femme fatales targeted 45-year-old Kim Jong-nam - the globetrotting black sheep of his North Korean ruling class family - in the airport's departure hall on Monday morning.

Kim Jong Un had about 50 officials executed in 2014 on charges ranging from graft to watching South Korean soap operas.

North Korea remains largely cut off from the world, with information tightly controlled by the government.

Malaysian authorities denied a request by North Korean officials to turnover the body without a postmortem, according to WSJ.

The NIS cited Kim Jong Un's alleged "paranoia" about his half-brother.

Selangor state police chief Abu Samah Mat said the man died on the way to Putrajaya Hospital. The NIS told them that Kim Jong Nam sent a letter to Kim Jong Un in April 2012, after the assassination attempt, begging for the lives of himself and his family. While details remain sketchy, it is widely believed that the killers were sent by the North Korean regime.

Kim Jong-nam is the elder son of former North Korean leader Kim Jong-il, who died in 2011.

In May 2001, Kim Jong Nam was nabbed at Tokyo's Narita airport and held for using a false Dominican Republic passport.

A 28-year-old woman carrying a Vietnamese passport was arrested in Malaysia on Wednesday in connection with the assassination of a half-brother of North Korea's leader. There are also reports that China has been supporting Kim Jong-nam financially, in case of an emergency in which Kim Jong-un would need to be replaced. He was born in Pyongyang on May 10, 1971.

"I was raised getting special love from the aunt and uncle and I am not denying that they are even now taking special care of me", Kim Jong Nam said in a note written to Gomi before his uncle was killed.

South Korean networks have reported Kim was fatally poisoned.

South Korea suspects the assassins who killed Kim Jong Nam were North Korean agents.

Sky's Asia Correspondent Katie Stallard said: "In terms of motive, perhaps he (Kim Jong-Nam) could have been seen as a threat to Kim Jong-Un's leadership - certainly that is being suggested as one theory behind his killing".

Even the U.S. government sources believe that the insecure North Korean dictator could be behind the attack.

But, according to BBC News, a Malaysian police official told a local news agency that a woman had approached Jong Nam from behind and covered his face with a cloth laced with liquid. He was described as a portly and easygoing young playboy who had a reformist mindset when it came to ruling North Korea.
