Dead Men Tell No Tales in the New Pirates Trailer!

The trailer also gives us a glimpse of a younger Jack, and while anti-aging CGI hasn't always worked out so well in the past, from the quick look we get at it in the trailer, young Johnny Depp looks pretty convincing here.

We finally know more about Javier Bardem's mysterious villain Captain Salazar, who's on the hunt for Sparrow.

Other notable moments from the trailer include Sparrow searching for his old ship the Black Pearl, the appearance of an undead shark and Sparrow meeting with series newcomers Carina Smyth portrayed by Kaya Scodelario and Henry played by Brenton Thwaites.

Now Jack Sparrow is back for a new adventure, for which we've already seen two trailers, including our first glane at the eccentric pirate in the film's epic Super Bowl extended look.

Along with the kind of swashbuckling action we've come to expect from this film series, the most notable thing here may be hidden in plain sight: it's the text intercut with the footage that reads "The Final Adventure Begins". The actual Will Turner, played by Orlando Bloom, doesn't appear this time around. Only it is not an alive enemy, but a dead man - a pirate ghost who blames Jack Sparrow for the death of his brother.

His costume is pure Jack Sparrow and he has on a hat and long hair, but he is clean shaven and thinner.

Jack's only hope of survival lies in seeking out the legendary Trident of Poseidon, a powerful artifact that bestows upon its possessor total control over the seas.

After watching the trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, there's only one question on everyone's minds: Is Will Turner in Pirates of the Caribbean 5? It will feature Orlando Bloom, Kevin R.McNally, Stephen Graham, Geoffrey Rush, Golshifteh Farahani and Javier Bardem.
